    • Controller and timer protection: Controllers are shut down or set to an off/winter mode. Batteries are removed or replaced when required and settings are documented for easy restart in spring.

    • Valve and backflow care: Valves are inspected and drained as required. Backflow preventers are either drained, removed and stored (if space allows) or protected with insulated covers according to site needs and local code
